# Graphic and marketing design for startups and events

**I design marketing and graphic work for startups and events: social and campaign graphics, ad creatives, posters, event collateral, and sponsorship and sales decks. I also design products and websites, so your posts, decks and site can share one visual system. Pricing is quoted per project.**

## Why the same designer should do the marketing

At most startups the product, the website and the launch graphics come from three different people. Each piece is fine alone. Side by side they look like three companies.

At CodeAnt AI I designed the brand, the product and the Framer website, and the ad creatives came out of the same system. Someone who clicks an ad lands on a page with the same colours and type, and meets them again in the product. That match is most of what I'm selling here.

> Quick learner and strong designer. Picked up Framer in just 3 days and shipped landing pages, decks, graphics, and marketing assets end-to-end.

## What I design

- Social and campaign graphics, plus templates your team can reuse.
- Ad creatives in each platform's sizes, readable at thumbnail size.
- Launch assets: the announcement graphic, the site's social preview image and a short launch deck.
- Sponsorship and sales decks that make sense without anyone presenting them.
- Event collateral: posters, standees, passes, ID cards and merch, as print-ready files.

You get editable Figma files plus exports. For print I set colour profile, bleed and resolution before export, using CMYK Exporter, a small Figma plugin I built for that step.

## E-Summit IIT Roorkee: one identity on every surface

My biggest graphic project is E-Summit 2023, IIT Roorkee's entrepreneurship summit. I was design lead for the brand and website, with 5 designers and 3 developers. The team made the posters, standees, passes, merch, sponsorship deck covers and the social tiles that ran the campaign.

![An E-Summit Instagram post on a phone beside a carousel of social tiles: About, Stats with 10K+ outreach, 50+ partnerships and 35+ speakers, and a contact tile](https://www.utkarshdesign.com/images/yTwGJUXZPoQkZtN6G8CA4wvsjY.webp)

_Campaign tiles in the same palette and compass motif as the posters._

Posters and tiles ran on templates: a fixed place for the event name, date and prize or speaker, with motif and colour doing the brand work. Five designers could work at once and it still looked like one event.

- **5M+** Social media impressions
- **₹25L+** Sponsorship raised
- **11K+** Attendees

The sponsorship deck was many sponsors' first contact with the event, so I kept it calmer than the posters: one point per slide, numbers set large, the ask stated plainly.

## Startup creatives and poster work

At Bold Finance, a gold-loan startup I interned with in 2023, I designed the marketing creatives alongside the website and app. The company has since closed, so I can describe that work but not link to it.

Graphic design is where I started, and I still make posters for myself. They're in the visual section of my playground.

## How it runs, and what it costs

1. **First call**: What you're promoting, where it will run, fixed dates and what brand material exists.
2. **Scope and quote**: Every asset and size, revision rounds and timeline in writing. There's no published price for this service, so I quote each project.
3. **Templates first**: A post template, poster grid or deck master, approved before the full set.
4. **Production and handover**: All assets, exports for each platform or printer, and the editable Figma files.

If there's no brand yet, start there: brand identity starts from $2,000. Starting prices for my other services are on the pricing page.

## Who this is for, and who it isn't

It fits a startup with a launch, fundraise or event coming up that wants its marketing to look like the product, and events that need one identity across posters, passes, stage and social.

- If you want 30 social posts a month at a fixed low price, a design subscription or marketplace seller suits that volume better.
- I hand over print-ready files. The printing itself stays with your printer.

To start, email work@utkarshdesign.com with what you're promoting, where and when, or book a 30-minute call.

## Questions people ask

### How much does marketing and graphic design cost?

There's no published price. I quote per project after the first call, based on the number of assets, sizes and revision rounds.

### Can you work within existing brand guidelines?

Yes. If they don't cover marketing formats, I add templates for posts, ads and decks that follow the same rules.

### Do you offer a monthly social media design package?

No. I design campaign sets and templates per project, so your team can produce routine posts without me.
