You're welcome to browse, share links and quote small parts with credit. The client work shown belongs to the companies it was made for, and the site's own design, writing and playground tools belong to me. Nothing here is a contract to work together; that starts with a written scope.
Using the site
utkarshdesign.com is the portfolio of Utkarsh Dhairya Panwar, an independent product designer based in India. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who owns what
- Client and employer work (CodeAnt AI, FamPay, xPay, Sportskeeda, E-Summit IIT Roorkee and others) is shown as portfolio work. Names, logos and products belong to their owners.
- The site's own design, code, writing, guides, illustrations and playground pieces are mine. You may link to them and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please don't copy designs, page text or tools wholesale.
- Figures quoted in case studies and guides describe the projects as they were at the time.
Playground and free tools
The playground experiments and any free tools are provided as they are, for fun and learning, with no promise that they'll always work or suit your purpose. Gesture Mode and other camera features run in your browser only when you turn them on.
Guides are not professional advice
The guides share what I've learned designing products. They aren't legal, tax, financial or hiring advice. Market price ranges quoted from public listings are indicative and change over time.
Links and liability
Links to other sites are there for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses from using this site. Project work is governed by its own written agreement, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or takedown requests: work@utkarshdesign.com. When these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
