White-label Framer development for agencies
Service · Updated
I build Framer websites for agencies, under the agency's name. You send the Figma file or a brief, I build it, you present it to your client, and I hand the site to whoever you say. I'm an official Framer Expert and don't contact your client unless you ask.
Who this is for
Agencies that sell websites but don't keep a Framer builder on staff, or have one and need a second pair of hands for a busy month. Usually you own the client relationship and the design, and want the build done to spec without managing it closely.
Two set-ups work. You hand me finished Figma designs and I build them. Or you hand me a brief and your client's brand, and I design and build the site for you to present as your own. The second takes longer and costs more, because design is part of the job.
What I check in your Figma file before quoting
Most delays on a build-only job come from gaps in the Figma file, so before I quote I look for whatever would turn into a question halfway through.
- Mobile and tablet frames. If only desktop exists, I either design the breakpoints (quoted separately) or follow your rules for them.
- Hover, open, empty and error states for anything interactive: menus, forms, tabs, accordions.
- Which parts are CMS content (blog posts, case studies, team) and what fields each item has.
- Fonts and licences, so the site doesn't go live with a fallback font.
- Animations. A short note or a reference link is enough; guessed animations are how builds get redone.
Anything missing goes into one message at the start, instead of questions trickling in through the build.
How a white-label build runs
- File review and quote: You share the Figma file or brief. I send back the gaps I found, the scope, a timeline and a fixed quote.
- Build on a staging link: I build in a Framer project you or your client own, or in mine and transfer it at the end. You review on a staging link before your client sees anything.
- Your review, then your client's: Changes come to me through you. I don't join client calls unless you invite me, and if I do, I join as part of your team.
- Launch and handover: Domain, SEO settings, redirects and a check on real phones. Then I transfer the project and walk you or your client through how it's built.
A single landing page from a finished Figma file is the quickest job. A 5 to 10 page site with CMS usually takes three to six weeks with design included; build-only is shorter, by how much depends on the file.
Confidentiality and credit
- Your client's name, the site and its files stay confidential. I'm happy to sign your NDA.
- I don't show white-label work in my portfolio or on social media unless you say I can.
- I don't contact your client directly or pitch them other work.
- The Framer project ends up in the workspace you choose, with no trace of my account left on it.
What's built to the same standard either way
Agency or direct, I build the same way. Components rather than copied frames, so your client's team can edit without breaking layouts. CMS templates with sensible field names. One H1 per page with a clean heading structure, and titles, descriptions and social images set on every page.
For public examples of how I build, see zania.ai, designed and built end to end in Framer, and codeant.ai, which I designed as founding designer at CodeAnt AI and where the conversion rate has doubled since launch.

How pricing works for agencies
Each project gets a fixed quote after I've seen the file or brief. My public starting prices are a Framer landing page from $1,000 and a Framer website of 5 to 8 pages from $3,500, both including design. A build-only job from finished Figma files is scoped on what the file needs. Page count, CMS, animation and missing breakpoints are what move the number.
If you expect a steady flow of projects, say so on the first call and I'll cover it in the proposal. Email work@utkarshdesign.com with a Figma link or a brief, and your deadline.
Questions people ask
Will your name appear anywhere on the site?
No. There's no credit in the footer or the code, and the project is transferred to your workspace or your client's.
Can you design the site as well as build it?
Yes. Send a brief and your client's brand and I'll design it for you to present as your own, then build it in Framer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before you share the client's name or files.
Do you work in Webflow for agencies too?
I build in Framer. If your client needs Webflow, someone who builds in Webflow every week is the better hire.
